# 管理訂閱與退款

透過原付款商店取消 Rochat 訂閱，排查購買未顯示，並依現行政策申請退款。

請透過實際扣款的平台取消訂閱。取消會停止未來續訂，不會自動退還已付款項；刪除 App 或 Rochat 帳戶不能取代取消商店訂閱。

## 取消 Apple 訂閱

1. 在 iPhone 開啟**設定**，點選你的姓名。
2. 開啟**訂閱項目**，選擇 Rochat。
3. 選擇取消選項，依畫面確認。
4. 查看顯示的到期或取消狀態。

請使用當初購買的 Apple 帳戶。找不到訂閱時，先看收據，再依 [Apple 取消訂閱說明](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428) 排查。

## 取消 Google Play 訂閱

使用原購買的 Google 帳戶，開啟 Google Play 訂閱管理，選擇 Rochat，再選**取消訂閱**。完成確認後檢查狀態。解除安裝 App 不會取消訂閱，詳見 [Google Play 訂閱說明](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en)。

Web 或其他平台購買時，從收據辨識付款服務，再使用該服務的管理入口。找不到入口可聯絡客服，不要取消不相關的商店訂閱。

## 退款需另行申請

Rochat [退款政策](https://upro.ai/refund_policy)更新於 2026 年 9 月 30 日，公司核准退款僅限符合條件的未授權付款，且須在政策規定的七日期間內提出。強制適用法律與不可排除的商店規則仍然適用。單純取消、誤購、不滿意或服務無法使用，不會因此符合公司退款條件。

商店購買請依 [Apple 退款流程](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223) 或 [Google Play 退款流程](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en) 提出；平台依自己的規則決定，不保證核准。

## 已扣款但權益沒有出現

確認 Rochat 帳戶與原付款商店帳戶。App 提供**恢復購買**時，在原購買帳戶下依提示操作。保留收據、交易識別碼、購買時間與錯誤，再寄至 <support@upro.ai>。不要重複購買來嘗試恢復，也不要提供完整付款卡號。
