# 캐릭터 디자인 방법 1: 수동 생성

Rochat 데스크톱 Web에서 캐릭터를 수동으로 만들 때 필요한 항목을 정리했습니다. 기본 정보, 필수 이미지와 공개 설정을 확인하고 현재 생성 가이드로 이동하세요.

현재 데스크톱 Web 편집기에서는 AI 지원 캐릭터 생성과 수동 생성을 선택할 수 있습니다. 수동 생성 시 각 영역에 표시되는 필수 항목을 작성하세요.

* **Basic Information:** Name, Gender, Description, Greeting, Voice.
* **Character Portrait:** Character Image (No Background), Background Image (Vertical), Background Image (Horizontal). 별도의 아바타만으로는 이 필수 이미지 3개를 대신할 수 없습니다.
* **Public Settings:** Recommendation, Public Introduction, Access right. 저장 전에 원하는 공개 범위를 확인하세요.

그 밖의 설정과 선택 항목은 현재 편집기를 확인하세요. 이 설명은 필수 항목 4개만 나열한 이전 목록을 대체하며, 모든 플랫폼의 화면이 같다는 뜻은 아닙니다. Private 캐릭터를 저장할 때도 사용하는 Publish 버튼을 포함한 Web 절차는 [캐릭터 만들기](https://book.rochat.ai/rochat_book_kor/rochat)를 참고하세요. 기존 하위 페이지에는 각 항목의 예시를 유지합니다.
