# 구독 관리와 환불

원래 스토어에서 Rochat 구독을 취소하고, 보이지 않는 구매를 확인하며, 현재 환불 정책을 따르세요.

요금을 청구한 플랫폼에서 취소하세요. 취소는 향후 갱신을 멈추며, 이미 낸 요금을 자동으로 돌려주지 않습니다. 앱이나 Rochat 계정을 삭제하는 것은 스토어 구독 취소를 대신하지 않습니다.

## Apple 구독 취소하기

1. iPhone에서 **설정**을 열고 자신의 이름을 누르세요.
2. **구독**을 열어 Rochat을 선택하세요.
3. 취소 항목을 선택하고 확인 절차를 따르세요.
4. 표시된 만료 또는 취소 상태를 확인하세요.

구매에 사용한 Apple Account를 쓰세요. 구독이 없으면 영수증과 Apple의 [구독 취소 안내](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428)를 확인하세요.

## Google Play 구독 취소하기

구매한 Google 계정으로 Google Play 구독 관리를 열고 Rochat과 **구독 취소**를 선택하세요. 확인 절차를 따르고 결과 상태를 확인하세요. 앱을 제거해도 구독은 취소되지 않습니다. [Google Play 구독 도움말](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en)을 참고하세요.

Web 등 다른 플랫폼에서 구매했다면 영수증의 제공자를 확인해 해당 관리 경로를 쓰세요. 경로가 불분명하면 지원팀에 문의하고 무관한 스토어 구독을 취소하지 마세요.

## 환불은 별도로 요청하기

2026년 9월 30일에 업데이트된 Rochat [환불 정책](https://upro.ai/refund_policy)은 회사가 승인하는 환불을 정해진 7일 이내에 신고된 적격 무단 결제로 제한합니다. 강행 법규와 배제할 수 없는 스토어 규칙은 계속 적용됩니다. 취소, 실수로 한 구매, 불만족, 서비스 이용 불가가 발생했다는 이유만으로 회사 정책의 환불 대상이 되는 것은 아닙니다.

스토어 구매는 [Apple 환불 절차](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223) 또는 [Google Play 환불 절차](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en)를 따르세요. 각 플랫폼은 자체 규칙으로 결정하며 승인은 보장되지 않습니다.

## 결제됐는데 혜택이 없을 때

Rochat 계정과 원래 스토어 계정을 확인하세요. 앱에 **Restore Purchases**가 있으면 구매한 계정으로 진행하세요. 영수증, 거래 식별정보, 구매 시각, 오류를 보관해 <support@upro.ai>로 보내세요. 복원을 강제로 시도하려고 다시 구매하지 말고, 결제 카드 정보 전체를 보내지 마세요.
