# Membership and ways to spend

Tell membership, Interaction Points, Gold, Genesis Keys and World energy apart before making a Rochat purchase.

Rochat uses different entitlements and resources for different actions. Check the item named in the current prompt before buying: a membership, a balance and a work upgrade do not mean the same thing.

| Item                    | What it relates to                                                   | What to check                                                      |
| ----------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Membership              | Benefits on your account                                             | Included features, duration and renewal terms.                     |
| Interaction Points      | Actions priced in points, such as particular model or media requests | The action's displayed price and your balance.                     |
| Gold                    | Capabilities of a particular work                                    | Which work is upgraded and which capabilities are included.        |
| Genesis Key             | World creation                                                       | The action that consumes it and the confirmation shown.            |
| World unlock conditions | Access to a particular World                                         | Requirements for your account and the World.                       |
| World energy or items   | Actions within the World experience                                  | Current balance, action requirement and any refill or item notice. |

## Match the purchase to your goal

**“I want to use a different chat model.”** Open that model's selector entry. Check its access requirement and whether messages or regenerations cost points.

**“I want to attach a Lorebook.”** Check the work's eligibility and the Lorebook attachment prompt. An account membership alone does not establish that the work has Gold capabilities.

**“I want to create a World.”** Read the creation prompt for the required resource. Do not buy chat points on the assumption they are the same as a Genesis Key.

**“I want to continue a World.”** Check the current save, unlock condition and the action's energy notice separately.

## Before you confirm payment

Check the account, billing platform, currency, amount, item, duration and whether the purchase renews. Prices can vary by platform or region; use the actual checkout displayed to you. Save the receipt and transaction identifier.

A subscription cancellation stops future renewal under the relevant platform rules; it does not automatically refund a completed charge. A Lifetime Membership lasts while the company operates the service as defined in the Terms, rather than promising operation for a person's lifetime.
